Description
Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.
Form/Appearance
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 1% BSA. Reconstitute to 100ul sterile dH2O to make a 10X stock solution.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Other names
HLA-A11 antigen A11.1; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, A-68 alpha chain; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, A-1 alpha chain; antigen presenting molecule; leukocyte antigen class I-A; MHC class I antigen HLA-A heavy chain; major histocompatibility complex, class I, A; Aw-68; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, A-28 alpha chain; MHC class I antigen A*68
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Reacts to HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR9. Additional crossreactivity occurs with related proteins. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Prior to use, briefly centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before lid. If further dilution(s) are needed, they can be done with the appropriate assay buffer.
