Description
Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.
Form/Appearance
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 1% BSA. Reconstitute to 100ul sterile dH2O to make a 10X stock solution.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
Reacts to HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR52. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping
Lyophilized powder Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Prior to use, briefly centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before lid. If further dilution(s) are needed, they can be done with the appropriate assay buffer. Please contact MyBioSource for bulk requirements and licensing requests relating to production applications.
