Specificity and cross-reactivity
Recognizes the 40kD protein human cyclin dependent kinase 7 (cdk7). The protein kinase cdk7 has been shown to be associated with the transcription factor TFIIH and is thought to be involved in the control of cell cycle progression, DNA repair and RNA polymerase II (pol II) transcription.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
