Recognizes all known forms of the Mr 74kD intermediate chain subunit (IC74) of mammaliam cytoplasmic dynein. The antigenic site has been localized to the first 60 amino acids of the amino terminal portion of the molecule (a region conserved in both IC74 genes). Species Crossreactivity: Rat, mouse, bovine, sheep, fish, Drosophila and Xenopus. Does not react with squid.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
