100 ul in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug BSA per ml and 50% glycerol. Adequate amount of material to conduct 10-mini Western Blots.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Specific for the ~58 kDa Fto protein in Western blots of rat testes lysate. The antibody has also been used for immunocytochemistry with neuronal progenitor cells.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
