MBS Monoclonals supplies antibodies that are for research of human proteins.
Form/Appearance
50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 15% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA.
Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Storage and shipping
Store the antibody at +4°C. Do NOT freeze! Do not expose the vials to direct bright light. If stored under proper conditions, the antibody will retain its activity for at least one year.
Specificity and cross-reactivity
N/A; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Other names
CD1a antigen; T-cell surface glycoprotein CD1a; T-cell surface glycoprotein CD1a; hTa1 thymocyte antigen; CD1A antigen, a polypeptide; cluster of differentiation 1 A; T-cell surface antigen T6/Leu-6; cortical thymocyte antigen CD1A; differentiation antigen CD1-alpha-3; epidermal dendritic cell marker CD1a; CD1a molecule; T-cell surface antigen T6/Leu-6; hTa1 thymocyte antigen; CD_antigen: CD1a
Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
